The Henson is a prominent canal side building in the heart of Camden Town fronting Camden Lock and Regents Canal - part refurbishment, part new build - comprising high quality residential apartments and onsite affordable housing together with B1 offices and design studios.

This substantial Victorian building was originally constructed as railway offices and latterly became the home of Jim Henson's Muppet organisation. The development enhances and restores the appearance of this historic façade fronting the Regents Canal.

Now completed the scheme provides 46 apartments and 24 onsite affordable housing apartments and approximately 27,000 sq ft (2,508 sqm) of B1 offices and design studios.
